I have built and use the Nelson Pass ZEN and Bride of ZEN so this should fit right in. Thanks for the design. BTW=LOVE the layout,never considered hardwiring op-amps before. Your improvements look very interesting. I used the IR IRFP044N device for Q1 in my version. More gm for feedback performance. Will try your upgrades to see how it sounds. One interesting thing about the amp design is that the low frequency response has peaking around 2 Hz. This was modeled with the IRFP044N device. You can drop this peak down by changing the input cap to 1uF.
